Galactic Developers is a modern real estate development company operating predominantly in the Western Cape since 2020. The homes we build are designed to fulfil our clients’ needs while creating an enjoyable space for their lifestyle.
Our goal is to transform the experience of owning a new home into a seamless, transparent and pleasant one.

We enable investors to create and passively grow wealth through a well proven business model. We purchase plots, build them with closely monitored and motivated teams, close to zero middle-man involvement for fixtures and fittings.

Galactic Developers has strong experience in building and selling residential homes. We have both direct and indirect experience in building single and double storey family homes.
We have worked with various partners for both the development and the sale of our houses. These include engineers, bankers, accountants, specialist contractors, architects, legal advisors, and real estate agents.

Their specialist conveyancing team has a wealth of experience in ensuring that property ownership is transferred efficiently with ownership secure and guaranteed. As a director, John manages both the Conveyancing and Notarial practices within VanderSpuy Cape Town.

In a very competitive atmosphere, we achieve results of beautiful homes within record time firstly by way of on-ground performance-based micro-management and secondly by incorporating high end finishes throughout each house. This is what affords us an edge in the market. Most developers are not present on sight and do not delve too deep into finishes.
